Reschedule Fee
$25 Fee for properties that are not ready when we arrive and need to reschedule.
Late Fee
$25 Fee will be added to the invoices that have been out for over 15 days.
Time is of The Essence
Use property checklist to prepare for photos. Property must be ready when we arrive. There will be an additional $25 for more than 45 minutes wait at a property that is not ready. Please take into consideration that we are on a schedule and have other properties to photograph.
